KATHMANDU: The Confederation of Nepal Industries (CNI) is going to organize the ‘CNI Employment and Skills Fair 2022’ from 3th to 6th of November. The key objective of the four-day festival is to narrow down the gap between job seekers and job providers at a time when the country is witnessing growing unemployment.
A total of 200 national and international companies will take part in the four-day fair, which is expected to serve as a vital meeting point of various employer companies and job seekers. The fair will discuss the needs of employers and available job-seekers in the market.
The CNI has estimated that more than 50,000 people including corporate houses, innovators, students , industries and government officials are expected to observe the fair. According to rough estimation, at least 500,000 youths enter the job market every year. The CNI’s Education Council, and the Employer Council are coordinating the event.
